BG 159 – Mister Pete’s optimism
Mister Pete is getting older and has a lot of money in his bank account, with which he decided to do something useful a few years ago: he buys up empty churches.
Not to have one or two floors added and to resell them at a great profit as a pretty antique shop, special restaurant or luxury gallery.
No, he buys them to make sure they are available when people come to their senses and realize they need them for their original function again…
He now owns 12 of them and has set his sights on at least 16 more.
